Doja Rose
Doja Rosé is based on the Prokupac variety (minimum 80%), complemented by Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Shiraz (up to 20%).
Maceration takes place directly in the press for two to three hours. Fermentation is carried out under controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and clean varietal aromas. The wine then rests for several months in stainless steel tanks.
Doja Rosé is a dry wine of delicate pink color. Dominated by aromas of red fruits — raspberry and cherry — it leaves a vivid impression of aromatic freshness on the palate.
Served at the recommended temperature (12–14°C), it is an ideal aperitif and pairs perfectly with any fish dishes, Mediterranean salads, grilled vegetables, and soft cheeses.
