Doja Breg Cabernet Sauvignon
A premium wine made from Cabernet Sauvignon. The combination of excellent sun exposure and cool mountain breezes from Jastrebac, along with the alternation of warm days and cool nights, ensures slow ripening and a wine of great depth and complexity.
After harvest, the grapes are carefully selected and destemmed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature, with maceration lasting 20 to 30 days. The wine then ages for two years in French oak barrels and 12 months in bottles before release.
Deep red with a purple hue, the wine reveals aromas of ripe plums, black berries, and blackberry jam, enriched with notes of spice, chocolate, and coffee — the result of aging in French oak. On the palate, it is full-bodied, opulent, and powerful. As it opens, subtle notes of black pepper emerge, adding a spicy touch to the rich fruit flavors. A wine with excellent aging potential.
