Doja Chardonnay & Pinot Grigio

The varieties ferment separately in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature conditions. 50% of the Chardonnay matures for five to six months in 500-liter oak barrels. After blending, the wine is bottle-aged for an additional four to six months to achieve perfect harmony of aromas and flavors. 


The combination of fruity and slightly mineral notes from both varieties, together with the freshness typical for our location, makes this wine intriguing, lively, and refreshing on the nose. 


The wine is light yellow with a greenish hue — complex and layered, offering persistent aromas dominated by white flowers, pear, and apple. On the palate, it is refreshing, with a hint of minerality and salinity on the finish.


Excellent pairing with pasta, risotto, vegetable dishes, grilled white meat, and fish.

The wine is an intense yellow color with a slight greenish tint, excellent clarity and reflections. It is rich in fruity aromas, with pronounced notes of peach and apricot, complemented by hidden herbal and fragrant tones of field flowers. The taste has pronounced intense fruity characters, discreetly permeated by a light dose of minerality, with recognizable varietal characteristics. A very persistent wine with good structure, refined by a pleasant bitterness that merges with citrus aromas in the very finish.
