Doja Chardonnay

Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature conditions to preserve the fruity character of the wine. After fermentation, the wine ages for six months in oak barrels, followed by another six months in bottles. 


The freshness brought by the surrounding mountains and the broken terrain reveals all the elegance, aromatic richness, and liveliness that Chardonnay can offer. This dry, pale straw-yellow wine with a greenish sheen is open and expressive on the nose, showing intense and elegant fruity and floral aromas. Creamy and velvety on the palate, it offers flavors of apricot, melon, and hints of tropical fruit and butter, finishing long and persistent.


Doja Chardonnay pairs beautifully with refined fish and seafood dishes as well as with white meat.
