Doja Jastreb
Doja Jastreb is carefully crafted through the distillation of quality wine, using traditional copper stills and time-honored rakija-making techniques. After distillation, it matures in oak barrels, developing a complex and elegant flavor and aroma profile.
Brilliant golden-amber in color, it offers fine, harmonious aromas: initially ripe grapes, fruity and floral notes, and subtle citrus hints, followed by vanilla, gentle caramel, and delicate spicy tones. The taste is full and warm, with well-balanced alcohol that doesn’t dominate, and a long, pleasant finish that leaves impressions of soft woody sweetness and dried fruit.
Serve neat, at 14–16°C, to allow the full aromatic and flavor profile to unfold. Ideal as an aperitif, and when served as a digestif, it pairs beautifully with coffee or dark chocolate desserts.
