ENIGMA RED
Varieties: 70% Vranac (Serbian autochthone variety) 30% Cabernet Sauvignon
Alcohol: 13%
Characteristics: A beautiful cherry red color. The nose is dominated by red berry fruit with hints of candied fruit. A well balanced palate with soft and round finish.
Service: Wine is best paired with red grilled meat and hard cheeses.


ENIGMA WHITE
Varieties: Chardonnay and Rkatsiteli
Alcohol: 13%
Characteristics: Expressive and complex nose combining grapefruit, lemon, pineapple and minerality. The palate is juicy and fresh with finish long and refreshing.
Service: Paired perfect with white fish, creamy sauces and soft cheeses.

Varieties: 100% Muscat Hamburg
Alcohol: 13%
A pale powder rose color with salmon highlights. The nose is aromatic with sense of roses, grenadine and passionfruit. Palate is fruity and juicy with long finish.

ENIGMA RED COCKTAILS

Berry Red Enigma Spritzer
- 2-3 Strawberries (stems removed and cut in half)
- 4-5 Blueberries
- 1/2 teaspoon honey
- Juice of half a lime
- 2 dl Enigma Red wine
- 1 dl soda water
- a couple of homemade mint leaves
Add a few ice cubes, strawberries and blueberries to a tall glass. Add lime juice with honey and mix everything well.
Add Enigma Red wine and stir again. Fill to the top with soda, add a couple of mint leaves and enjoy your refreshing Enigma cocktail!

Red Hot Enigma
- 5 dl Enigma Red wine
- a smaller cinnamon stick
- a stick of vanilla
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 nutmeg for grating
- 2-3 cloves
- 2 less oranges
- 2 stars anisePour the Enigma red wine into a wide stainless steel pot. Add one orange cut into thin round slices to the wine, then spices and honey. Grate the nutmeg lightly. No more than 1o stroke with a grater. Cook the wine on a low heat until it boils, and then stir for another 3 minutes. Pour into glass cups and decorate with slices of remaining oranges and cinnamon sticks. This amount is enough for two larger cups. Enjoy!

Enigmatic Cherry Bamboo
- 1dl Enigma Red wine
- Juice of half a lime
- 0.03dl blueberry liqueur
- 2 candied cherries
Pour half of the ice into a tall glass. Add lime juice and blueberry liqueur and pour Enigma Red wine over it all and mix gently. Fill to the top with cherry cola, and garnish with candied cherries. Enjoy your Enigma cocktail!

ENIGMA WHITE COCKTAILS

Belgrade White Sangria
- 1.5dl Enigma White wine
- 0.5dl soda water
- 0.03dl fruit vodka
- 4 - 5 ice cubes
- raspberries - 4 pieces, frozen
- blueberry - 5 pieces
- oranges - 1 slice
- half a peach
- slice of lime
- mint - 3 fresh leaves
Crush the frozen raspberries on the bottom of a tall cocktail glass. Put mint leaves, blueberry ice, peach cubes and orange slices, cut into quarters. First pour with vodka, then with Enigma White white wine and finally pour soda to the top. Stir gently and serve garnished with lime

Enigma Mojito
- 2 slices of lemon
- 2 slices of lime
- 6 fresh mint leaves
- 1 teaspoon agave syrup
- 0.5 dl Engima White white wine
- 0.25dl soda water
- Ice
In a low glass, mix lemon, mint and agave syrup and mix gently with a spoon. Add wine, soda water and ice and mix gently.

- 0.05dl ginger syrup

ENIGMA ROSE COCKTAIL

Enigma Đumbir-Jasmin Roze
- 0.3 dl of sugar syrup
- 3 slices of fresh ginger
- 1 dl of Jasmine tea
- 0.25 dl of vodka
- 0.2 dl of fresh lemon juice
- Enigma Rose
Mix the ginger and sugar syrup together in a blender. Add the tea, vodka and lemon juice to the shaker with the mixed ginger and syrup and add the ice and shake vigorously. Pour into a tall glass with ice and reach the top of Enigma Pink.

Enigma Roze Gumene Mede
- 1 glass of Enigma Rose wine
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons gelatin powder
- 1 drop of pink food coloring
- 2-3 models for rubber bears
Put the wine, sugar and gelatin in a stainless steel bowl on a medium low heat on the stove (if you want to keep the alcohol, be sure to keep it below 90 degrees). Dilute for 2-3 minutes, ie until the sugar and gelatin dissolve. Add a drop of pink food coloring. Carefully pour the mixture over into the rubber honey molds. Use a flat silicone spatula to get rid of excess material from the mold and level the mass. Refrigerate and refrigerate for at least 90 minutes.
When the gelatin thickens, the bears will easily fall out of the mold.

Enigma Rose Sorbet
- 1 bottle of Enigma Rose
- 1/3 cup syrup of elder berry
- half a liter of fruit sorbet
Divide Enigma Rose into 6 wine glasses. Add a spoonful of called syrup to each glass and mix gently. Add a ball of fruit sorbet to each glass. Garnish with fruit as desired and serve immediately.
