Recommended food: This rose goes perfectly with light pastas, turkey dishes, salmon or shrimps. It can also be paired with Serbian tradition dishes as summer version of Doja Prokupac.

Wine description:

Wine of gentle pink color. In a complex scent of fruity character, forest fruit  aromas of raspberry, strawberry, red currant and blackberry.  The palate shows a great balance alcohol and acidity and finishing pleasant freshness.

Production:

After careful hand harvest, grapes were crushed and left for the short time on skin (approximately 5hours), after which grapes were pressed in steinless steel. Fermentation took place at low temperature to maintain fruity.
