DOJA CABERNET SAUVIGNON & MERLOT
The soil, which is a combination of lime, gravel and in deeper layers of clay and mica, shapes our Cabernet and Merlot wines into wines with an intense and fruity character. The Cabernet-Merlot blend is a special selection from our vineyards that, modeled on French blends, is aged for a year in new French puddles and then stored for 6 months in bottles until it is completely ready to go on the market.
